For use on all but the shortest coats, the Classic Comfort Care Slicker Brush is ideal for untangling the often uncomfortable mats not visible in the pet's undercoat as well as for removing dead and unwanted hairs from throughout the coat.

Dead or loose hairs and tangles can mean your pet's coat loses it's healthy sheen. Brushing stimulates the coat allowing natural oils to permeate and further promote a healthy appearance.

This gentle slicker brush removes shedding hair without damaging topcoat as some "De-Shedding Systems" do. It is better to remove shedding undercoat and separate the individual hairs in the topcoat with a slicker brush...this provides a beautiful and long lasting well groomed finish.
