Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may return nail-caps purchased from Spuk.com within 60 days of the original delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Termination/Access Restriction

Spuk.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Spuk.com as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Spuk.com’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Spuk.com’s right to comply with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Spuk.com with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering a competition on the Soft Claws UK Facebook page you are agreeing to Soft Claws UK storing and using your information for marketing purposes. We will not share your information with third parties and you can opt out at any time by unsubscribing from emails.

All likes and shares should be completed by the current calendar month.

If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. To enter a competition you must be a UK resident and 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. The closing date is as specified. If you win a competition, we will notify you by email. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within two weeks, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.
3. No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash, tickets or services.
4. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
5. Soft Claws reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
